The brewery has always been the flagship restaurant in Dessau. When friends visited me we always went to eat there. But today the brewery really disappointed me. The pork knuckle was very poorly prepared. Nothing crispy, dry and not seasoned. The dumplings really tasted like nothing, far too little sauce. The only beer available is Zwickel or another cloudy beer. No beer or light. The other friends were also really disappointed with the visit. It's a shame, it used to be so nice there.

Again a very nice visit. Already met friendly staff when making the reservation by phone. As usual, the food is of top quality and simply delicious. Friendly service, everything was great as always! For years we have always enjoyed coming back when we are at home. I also have to praise the fantastic children's menu that still exists! A good and not only unhealthy forced offer for the little ones. The best kids menu I've ever seen. And junior tastes good. Thanks to the team! Bye for now.

I love the brewery in Dessau. Delicious types of beer and Fassbrause. German cuisine with a wide range of dishes for every taste. A quaint beer garden with lots of seats. At the weekend it is advisable to pre-order, otherwise you have to wait. The food is very tasty and the amount is absolutely sufficient. The prices are within limits, completely ok. The brewery is a must for every visitor to Dessau, great!

Nice brewery ambience and a very nice beer garden make a visit worthwhile. The staff was very friendly and attentive during our visit. The menu was varied and our selection was tasty and plentiful. We also recommend the delicious, dark beer and the fresh Tteberbrot.

Today, in the most beautiful late summer weather, I have reserved a table online for lunch in the beer garden and fill up a beer can. When I arrive, the beer garden is closed due to a lack of staff (!!!). Yes, dear hosts, if you want good service staff, you have to pay good wages, otherwise there will be waiter, cook or tap next door or across the street. 😛 I went back hungry, because you can sit in there long enough in the uncomfortable season. Incredible, my future pity is also very limited here. Maybe a look at the weather forecast for the weekend would have been helpful. What good is the tastiest beer 🍺 Dessau's if the service is stuck. Sayings like: "Complain to the management!", Then meet with a hard heart ❤️. Service desert of Central Germany !!!

Reservation for ten people via email. Confirmed quickly. The day before, an e-mail asked whether everything is going well and whether there would be a special occasion. Yes there was. Then on site a set table with flower arrangements. Super friendly staff, delicious food, delicious beer. Great respect and thanks to the whole team. This is how exemplary gastronomy works!

Very nice and cozy beer garden. A super nice and friendly service. But wait 70 minutes for the food and then that was bad too. I had a shank and you couldn't even cut it with a saw knife. Was like leather. So we don't come here anymore !!!

I was in Dessau for a week and "tested" a different restaurant every day. This is what I liked best. Extremely delicious, fresh beer, great food, fixed and friendly service and a beautiful beer garden.

Cozy brewery. My meal (schnitzel with bacon, fried onions, egg & fried potatoes) was delicious. The beer is tasty and home-brewed. We were served nicely. I would be happy to recommend the brewery and I would love to come back again.

After a difficult start, we got settled in quite easily. It wasn’t for the best reasons why we visited Dessau which situated in the southwest of Berlin, just slightly outside of the big bad city. Since this place is actually an old (but still active) brewery we made up our minds fairly quickly. We enjoyed the down to earth atmosphere with good regional food and really good beers. 👌🏼

They have a menu in English which is helpful and also a number of vegetarian options available. Staff were attentive. Big portions of food and decent selection of beer available.

The food was excellent. The atmosphere with the huge copper kettles is warm and friendly as are the staff. An English menu is available and the people are friendly and helpful. A little more expensive than other spots but just their bread makes up for the slightly higher cost. The beer was simply delicious.

We had an enjoyable meal at the Brauhaus. The potato soup was excellent and the sausage plate was slightly above average. The beers were good as well and there was ample outside seating. I would eat there again.
